IJSURP – International Journal of Scientific and University Research Publication, a double blind peer review. Referees remain anonymous for the author during the review procedure and the authors name is removed from the manuscript under review.

Only after publication, and only with the permission of the referee, the names of the reviewers are published in the article.

Each article is first assessed by two of the editors of the editorial board and, if it is judged suitable for IJSURP, it is sent to two or three external referees for a double blind peer review. IJSURP uses three different review forms (Research and Theory, Integrated Care Cases, Policy papers) all of which apply scientific criteria and take account of the purpose of the article and its merits for integrated care.

Based on the recommendations of the reviewers, the editors then decide whether the paper should be accepted as is, revised or rejected. In case of revisions, a final decision on publication will be made after resubmission. If there is no agreement on the part of the editors, the editor-in-chief will make the final decision.

Experiments should be reporting with ethicalstandards of the responsible committee on human experimentation and declaration and if after there’s doubts, authors should approve through the institutional review body the doubtful aspects .in animal experiments authorsshould refer to institutional and national guide for the care and use of laboratory animals

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the authorities responsible where the work was carried out. However, we accept submissions that have previously appeared on preprint servers (for example: arXiv, bioRxiv, Nature Precedings, Philica, Social Science Research Network, and Vixra); have previously been presented at conferences; or have previously appeared in other “non-journal” venues (for example: blogs or posters). Authors are responsible for updating the archived preprint with the journal reference (including DOI) and a link to the published articles on the appropriate journal website upon publication.

The publisher and journals have a zero-tolerance plagiarism policy. We check the issue using two methods: a plagiarism prevention tool (iThenticate) and a reviewer check. All submissions will be checked by iThenticate before being sent to reviewers.

We insist a rigorous viewpoint on the self-plagiarism. The self-plagiarism is plagiarism, as it fails to contribute to the research and science.

Patients have a right to privacy that should not be infringed without informed consent. Identifying information, including patients names, initials, or hospital numbers, should not be published in written descriptions, photographs, and pedigrees unless the information is essential for scientific purposes and the patient (or parent or guardian) gives written informed consent for publication. Informed consent for this purpose requires that a patient who is identifiable be shown the manuscript to be published. Authors should identify Individuals who provide writing assistance and disclose the funding source for this assistance.

Identifying details should be omitted if they are not essential. Complete anonymity is difficult to achieve, however, and informed consent should be obtained if there is any doubt. For example, masking the eye region in photographs of patients is inadequate protection of anonymity. If identifying characteristics are altered to protect anonymity, such as in genetic pedigrees, authors should provide assurance that alterations do not distort scientific meaning and editors should so note.

The requirement for informed consent should be included in the journals instructions for authors. When informed consent has been obtained it should be indicated in the published article.

Papers are accepted for publication on the understanding that exclusive copyright in the paper is assigned to the Publisher. Authors are asked to sign a copyright assignment form after acceptance of their papers.

Copyrights for articles are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal/publisher. Authors have rights to reuse, republish, archive, and distribute their own articles after publication. The journal/publisher is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work. Authors shall permit the publisher to apply a DOI to their articles and to archive them in databases and indexes such as EBSCO, DOAJ, and ProQuest.
